Vinøs hyttetur 2023: Blind. Mye mousse. Sukat, grønnsak, champingon, stor frukt. Strukturelt er dette flott, men aromatisk er det off. Absolulutt drikkbart, men dette skulle ha vært bedre. Odd flaske?

Blind. Fresh and citrussy with a clear mineral streak. High acidity, enormous concentration, energy and duration. Already complex and intriguing finish. Youthful, more so than the 2013 base.

Not blind Phantastic BdB, reminds me to a Baby Clos du Mesnil. Precise, some tropical fruits, but more yuzu and discreet honey notes. Well balanced and powerful. Not reached his peak. 96

Ulysse Collin Les Roises 2014 base. Nydelig nese med flott intensitet. Bør luftes litt. Solid kropp med strålende fruktkvalitet. Høy modning i frukten, og den er dyp og pirrende med flott intensitet. Denne bare vokser og vokser i glasset. En utrolig flott Champagne. Sitter lenge. Meget bra flaske 93p+

30 minutes of aeration were beneficial to the wine.
The first nose is on yeast. Then, the nose will be largely winey then came the dried fruits.
Warming in the glass will set in floral aromas and puffed rice. Quite a program and it is already highly complex. The palate immediately affirms its wineiness. How confusing! Blindly, I would never have said chardonnay. The bubble is already fine and the balance excellent, the acidity is already perfectly integrated into the whole. Plum and black fruits dominate with a very fine toasted touch. The wine is very structured but I did not detect the oxidative profile that many saw in it. The finish is very chalky with a salty length.
Very beautiful wine, well executed and surprising for a young blanc de blancs with its suppleness and complexity.

Ulysse Collin Les Roises. Gogget mars 2019 - 2014 base. Litt forsiktig på duft, og tydelig ung. Intensiteten øker med luft. Subtile elegante toner av kritt/kalk, sitrus i retning grapefrukt og noen lekre florale elementer. Flott å sniffe på. Fantastisk mousse av mikroskopiske bobler. Sylskarp frukt og en ypperlig nerve her. Vibrerende. Vektløs konsentrasjon. Den gir skikkelig gass i finish. Meget presis med lang ettersmak. Brer seg helt ut og hele munnhulen prikker i en miks av sitrus, mineraler og syre. Virkelig lekker vin på den unge siden. 94p
