The reviews below completely caputre this drink. It is a perfectly good, correct and everyday Armagnac, with notes of vanilla, homey, carmel, dried apple, dried fruit and oak. It won't blow you away but it is a good drink. $40 at Princeton Corkscrew. (A better deal for $28.04 at Garnett in NYC).

A solid Armagnac with notes of vanilla and honey. Pleasant taste, you cannot go wrong with this drink. Flavor is not as complex as hoped for, but makes a decent standalone glass.

An easy going armagnac. Nose of baked apple, cake batter, and oak. First impression in mouth is sweet brown sugar, which evolves into prunes. Hard not to like this.

Very much enjoyed this as an after dinner restaurant aperitif. Nice color and balance with aromas and flavors of caramel and brown sugar. Straight forward but solid.

Will do the trick. Great value both as a stand-alone sipper and as an ingredient for cooking (usually as a substitute for Cognac). The nice label and wax top seal the deal. 40% ABV. 87-88

Perfectly correct. Break this out at the end of the night to seal the deal with the asian youve been flirting with throughout the 6 course meal. Throw on The Weeknd for good measure.

A very pleasant, direct armagnac. Caramel and burned sugar dominate the nose, accompanied by some vanilla and roasted almond. The palate was very much of caramel, almost singularly so. I wonder how much caramel was added for color and taste. Easy drinking, every day armagnac with a medium finish.

Butterscotch, peanut butter cookie, and tangerine rind on the pleasant nose. This is an excellent QPR.

Similar to the hors d'age from same producer, but a little less complex and not as smooth. Still, you can't go wrong with this at about $30.
