Very impressive. Almost overripe plums, black cherry, graphite, a little leather, very slight oxidative aromas. Still very little bricking. Very long finish and still present tannins.

Just seems to be getting better. Same plums on the nose and on the palate as before, but this time I detected some bright red fruit as well. A little espresso and a little vanilla didn't hurt, either. Plush texture and a lengthy finish. Perfectly balanced with sweet tannins and cleansing acidity.

Tied for my WOTN at a party (although I'll admit to some bias). Consistent with my notes on another bottle three months ago - great nose, plummy and mouthfilling on the palate, long, yummy finish.

Opened to breathe for 1/2 hour, but not decanted. Loved this when released, but, because of vintage, apprehensive about how it's aging. Terrific, 95 point nose, mostly plums with traces of smoke and licorice. Medium body, but mouth-filling. Mostly plums on the palate - not all that complex. Bright, almost citrus-like, medium-length finish.

One of the better 2000 vintage Cab. or Cab. blend wines I've had. Very dark purple in color. The nose is full of blackberries, (pencil shavings?) and a little smoke. Medium bodied. Still needs a little time to develop, but the palate is loaded with blackberries and a little dark chocolate.
