Bit stinky. Dried flower petals. Drying tannins. Not much fruit left. Tannins seem to have outlasted the fruit.

Structured and dense. Still tannin. Took about 2 hours to really shed some of the tannin. Has dark fruit. Hoping the fruit outlives the tannins.
Burgundy Themed Euro Lunch: Clos des Lambrays and Cortons (Donato Enoteca, Redwood City, California): Bricked medium red color with clear meniscus; cocoa, cocoa powder, lamb jus, mushroom nose; mature, tasty, cocoa, black cherry, lamb jus, smoke palate; long finish 93+ pts. (great pairing with roasted pork belly)
