Fully matured but still fresh and bubbly. Creamy mousse. Lemons, lime zest and a flinty minerality. Long aftertaste. Drink now or hold. 2004 continues to impress.

not blind As most of the 2004 in a nice drinking window and will live for another decade. I missed a bit the length and density. Green apple, citrus and some White flowers. 90

drank a while ago but remember thinking that it was a very fine Blanc de Blancs, small bubbles, easy mousse with pronounced flavours of lemon and apple and slight notes of brioche

Tasting Dinner Series (4 of 6); Tim does Italy (Tim's House): Light straw colour in the glass. On the nose, apple, citrus peel, biscuit, mineral and yeasty notes. On the palate, very tart and racy acid profile. The slightly bitter, moderate length finish is characterized by green apple, lemon zest, and mineral, with a touch of yeast. Needs some time in the cellar, but should improve.

Super Tasting 4 of 6 - Tim does italy (Waterloo, Ontario): Very autolytic nose....palate dominated by lemon custard, minerals, lime...this is very round...acid is a touch prominent for me right now...I would age this in the hopes that it comes into a touch better balance. Finish shows good length...this will improve with time

Russell's Pebbles Fizz Offline (Alex's DML Office): More savoury nose; another meaty, marmitey one. Good attack. A little on the short side. Initially not quite convinced but it pulled together on the glass. Decent. ***

A Bonnaire is never wrong. At least not in its pricerange. Lots of fruit. Acidity. Lime. Toasted bread and almonds. Good mousse.

Some bruised red apples suggesting development. Very good, but not the finest champagne

Still very young, fresh and lively. Lots of zing in the acids. Oystershells on the seashore. Some green apples. Holding up well.

Seemingly a tad heavy on dosage, nuts, green apples, not loving this. Prefer the NV Bremont. B-

Floral, leesy, citrus, apple and clover honey nose. Rie and generous with a frothy mousse.

Young, with tight bubbles. Honey and brioche with air. Rich, somewhat savory, but quite nice. Really rather crisp. Good stuff.
