Not complex, but enjoyable as a quaff with ham sandwiches. Lots of ripe fruit, but no acid to speak of. No real nose, either. Medium finish. $12 is about right for this.

Dark red color, on nose many red berries and coffee notes on the background. Was decanted for half an hour which improved the nose and the taste. Strong but round and with a long finish.

Deep dark purple red color. On the nose I get cherry and strawberry and lots of chocolate with more than a hint of oak on the end. On the palate I get more cherry and raspberry and on the mid palate some nice chocolate. On the finish there is a noticeable oakiness finishing with descent tannins. The mouth feel of this wine is thick and juicy and the finish lingers but I just cant get past that oak. I do like this wine and for the price its good. Fruity and juicy but just a little too much wood.

N: Young, black berries like bramboleberry, also strawberry jam, vanilla & cinnamon spicyness and liquorice. P: Off-dry, medium+ acidity, medium/soft tannins, medium+ fruit intensity of black berries like sweer black cherry, butterscotch spicyness. Green vegetal touch in the end, pronounced alcohol/unbalanced( 14,5%), medium(-) length. Medium+ bodied. Q: A very easy-drinking style for entry level, unripe and overripe harvest etc. for the unbalanced, fruit-driven bevvie? Does not improve so drink up. €7,98 =/

Did not do a formal tasting on this wine. Nose is blackberry, coco and chalk. Blackberry, cherry and chocolate. Finish is decently long, although a bit monotone ( like an epic Moody Blues song). Probably one of the best value wines I have had in a long time. This is a wine I would bring to a dinner party for <$10. Nicely done!

I agree that this is great value. Easy to drink and very pleasant medium bodied red wine. Lots of flavour, but not overdone.

Worth every penny of the $12 CAD I paid. Performed well over the 3 days it was opened. Get more.
