Confrerie Burgundy Trip – Day 2 (Gevrey-Chambertin/Morey-Saint-Denis): Aromatic nose of first roast, then undergrowth and earth. Classic but still very young and shut down on the palate. Chewy tannins. Pleasant finish with medium to long persistence.
