This is quite nice, if not drunk too cold. If over-chilled you get little of the fruit, and the alcohol is very pronounced. Following the advice of another review here, I tried it somewhat warmer (maybe 12 Celsius), and it was much more balanced and enjoyable.

A terrific SB that is clean on the palate. A slight citrus of leman and grapefruit with a little grass. A nice clean finish that is refreshing. Drank this a bit below room temperature as suggested elsewhere and agree that this is an optimal temperature to bring out all this wine has to offer.

Light yellow color in the glass, clear looking throughout. Nose of lime, grapefruit, sea foam, lychee and a hint of talc. Flavors of grapefruit, apricot core, lime and a bit of gooseberry. Medium to bright acidity, medium to full bodied. Drink over the next 2 years.

First, you can't serve this too cold. At or just below room temperature is where this one shines. Out of the fridge, this is pretty awful and lacks fruit entirely. Once it warmed, I got lemon and grapefruit on the nose. Melon, lemon and a very nice mouthfeel. The alcohol is pretty heavy on the back end making it slightly out of balance for me.

A wonderful light yellow concoction that is light yet fruity with hint of grass. The balance and smoothness of this wine makes for a memorable SB.

Singularly, as good as it gets. Defines its vintage. Likely my most favorite sauvignon blanc ever.
