Floral notes, apples, lemon, apricot and toast on the nose. Creamy in the mouth, brioche, bread and touch of yeast. High acidity, medium body, well balanced and nice flavour.

Well developed colour and nose having in mind it is a 2006 vintage. Dark berry fruit, dried roses, balsamico, some medicinal notes, tar, forest floor, mushrooms and wood. Suprisingly well evolved, balanced with good concentration, medium pluss acidity and still noticeable tannins. Good lenght and finish. Nice bottle despite somewhat dry and dusty. 2006 is in my opinion, not the best vintage from Cappellano.

Mature dark stone fruit, coffee, liquorice, tobacco, smoke, animals and eukalyptus. On the palate soft mature dark fruit, pepper, liquorice and leather. Nice and well integrated tannins and medium acidity. Nice length, tasteful, with a sweetly touch and beatiful finish. Juicy and enjoyable wine that is about to peak and consequently ready for drinking now.
