Aromsa of sandalwood, earthy red fruit, and a touch of cinnamon. Medium bodied with a remarkably silky texture and long finish. Time will be kind to this wine.

Puckery lemon, lime zest, and gooseberry attack the palate with steely acidity, while loads of minerals and a briny element lend a bit of complexity. An intense wine that some won't like. But for those of us that occasionally enjoy a peel the skin off your tongue experience, this wine is a treat. A natural with shellfish, or by itself on a hot summer day. My rating of 87 and a price tag of $10 makes for a good QPR, if you're into this style of wine.
