I apologize in advance for my language, but this wine is damn good! No need to cloud things with fancy descriptions, which is uncommon for me. It’s big, no doubt, but don’t let that scare you. The Syrah funk on the nose is quite nice and mouth-coating fruit is delicious. If you get a chance, drink it.

I am not a big Pinot fan, but this is a fantastic bottle of wine! Cherry and strawberry nose and palate with a little earth. It’s palate-coating with looong finish. Absolutely delicious with no jagged edges. I don’t always drink Pinot, but when I do, it’ll be this. It’s also quite reasonable at under $30/btl.
You would be very hard-pressed to find a better all-around sub-$40 cab. This is one stellar wine with all the stuffing. Alcohol is high but balance keeps it well in check. It is simply delicious and tough to resist even at this tender young age. I’ve put away a few to see how much they improve. Unfortunately, I don’t know how I’m going to keep my hands off of them to find out.
