I was reluctant to believe that this would resemble anything we've grown accustomed to expect from an Oakville cab, particularly given we were buying at a PA liquor store, but this is reasonably good and a great value at <$30.

I want to be a Brunello fan, but just haven't found the one that's going to convince me that it they are worth the price. With that said, this may be the least enjoyable Brunello I've had. It wasn't bad, just boring and a big disappointment. Lots of other respectable options at this price, in any varietal, that would offer greater complexity and more intense flavor. It was like my glass was watered down.

We laid down the 2010. Thinking 2011 would be a lesser year, we cracked it and were blown away. Medium to full body, but delicate. Great balance already. Long finish and great fruit. This one could ruin me for our typical $20 Tuesday-night wines.
