High fill and cork in good condition. Dusty dark berries and a typical St Estephe spiciness on the nose. Cloves, pepper, sage, thyme and subtle tertiary flavours such as cedar. On the palate, the wine is beautifully balanced with well-integrated tannins. Slender to medium body. The wine was present immediately after opening and developed nicely over 1 to 1.5 hours in the glass. After two hours, it slowly faded. Classic mature old school Bordeaux. Excellent

Orange to brown color. On the nose, dried red and dark fruits, black olives, cedar and leather that you could just smell for hours. Wonderfully Burgundian on the palate with a subtle spicy sweetness. Tannins are completely resolved, but the wine is still fully there and simply wonderful to drink. What an experience to drink such a fantastically mature Hermitage. Grandiose.

Oh yes. Light golden color, on the nose multiple aromas of brioche, citrus, caramel and light toast. Very fresh and focused on the palate with creamy layers of mineral, citrus and nutty notes. And again brioche. Vey well matured but still very fresh and in the middle of a long drinking window. Long lingering finish and perfect pairing with garlic shrimps. Fantastic!
