We’ve had this half a dozen times now and it only gets better and better- it has heady floral (citrus blossoms mainly) and honey fragrance and lots of citrus and minerality- with great acidity- just a beautiful completely balanced wine- absolutely delicious

If you want to try a glass of a case of wine you just received- say the new Saxum that just arrived; it's a great way to try a glass and put back the bottle to follow longterm evolution of a particular bottle- I don't do that very often. Using coravined on a bottle with dinner when you want red and the wife wants white and you'll only be drinking 1-2 glasses- that happens once in awhile... I wouldn't use on a very old bottle to sneak a glass and see how it tastes to be opened at a later date; that seems impractical to me; back to saxum- doesn't work well on wax capsules; I don't use it in practice nearly as much a s I thought I would in theory. A nice tool for limited use.
