  Tasted our first bottle in February of 2022 (from Turks & Caicos watching our beloved Bengals come up a little short). As delicious now as it was then.
  
  Appearance
  The wine is deep ruby
  
  Nose
  It’s developing and exhibits pronounced aromas of blackberry, black cherry, black plum, savory herbs, dusty stones, cacao, vanilla, coconut, cigar box. Still very youthful, strong fruit, but not a fruit forward and other big Napa cabs.
  
  Palate
  The wine is dry with a full body, high acid, medium (+) tannins, medium alcohol, and exhibiting pronounced developing flavors of black cherry, blackberry, black plum, licorice, savory herbs, and tobacco leaf, with a long finish.
  
  Conclusion
  The quality of this wine is excellent. It can be enjoyed now, but it will continue to develop with age.

  This is one of our favorite syrahs. Easy drinking, full of fruit, great with food or on its own. Perfect for a night when it's 6 degrees outside...like tonight :-)

  Appearance
  The wine is pale ruby.
  
  Nose
  The wine is developing and exhibits pronounced aromas of red cherry, red plum, fig, cranberry, raspberry, savory spices, and mocha powder..
  
  Palate
  The wine is dry with a medium body, high acidity, medium minus tannins, and medium plus alcohol exhibiting pronounced flavors of red cherry, red plum, cranberry, raspberry, mocha, vanilla, dried savory herbs with a long finish.
  
  Conclusion
  The quality of this wine is excellent. That is a big beautiful pinot. It can be enjoyed now, but it will continue to develop with age.
