Waited a good while to drink this, moving from place to place over the last 7 years, and it paid off. A polished, warm burgundy, still with some brightness. Had this with roast pork and potatoes. Very good. Viva le jesus!

Very savory, distinctive hint of meat. Somewhat tight, slightly becoming more open over the second day open. Interesting, but not the most dynamic St. Joseph.

Somewhat corked. Dissapointing. Seems like low-end Burgundy is prone.
