Eh. Thin for a merlot dominant blend, and while there is a hint of decent structure and grip, it's gone in a flash. Plus, a bit of green apple across the tongue and it's not a bottle I'm rushing to return to.

Surprising character for a Oregon Pinot. Has some of the nose and palate of a solid Burgundy, with a little earth and funk. Kinda fast finish and not terribly complex but an above average food wine.

Yes, it's not a deep or elegant wine, but on the price/value/pleasure scale, it does fine. A simple wine that goes better with food than it does on its own, it's nice to have around for those days when richness is not important.
