Crisp! Not too sweet. Excellent drinking on a very hot night while eating tofu with lemongrass.

Omg this was delicious. Drank with Mexican spiced seitan over salad with a verde salsa and Greek yogurt dressing. A perfect, although unorthodox, marriage.
