Double decanted, blind tasted among some 10 - 13 year old very good commercial grade shiraz's. Waaay too young, but for all tasters, it had a certain edge that raised an eyebrow... Absolutely showed its pedigree, even though still a foal. Give it 25 years from vintage, then we will see the true beast.

What an outstanding wine. First tasted in 2015 with a reverse seared ribeye on the bone and balsamic cherry tomatoes, this little number was outstanding then, so we bought another (dirt cheap at around $25), and cellared it for another 8 years, or 10 from vintage. Again, served with a, this time sous vide then charcoal seared ribeye on the bone, we were not disappointed. Case in point, we followed it up with a 2012 Grange (which was still waaay too young), and the Tomfoolery Tempranillo held strong. Not bad for a drivethough bottleshop red... Outstanding at the 10 year mark.

Smooth. Really, really smooth with vintage cheddar. Worth keeping for another two to eight years.
