Finish isn’t as long as the 09’ or 94’, and seems closed for business compared to the older vintages. Huge whack of tannin! Still a very beautiful wine.   Double decanted, blind tasted among some 10 - 13 year old very good commercial grade shiraz's. Waaay too young, but for all tasters, it had a certain edge that raised an eyebrow... Absolutely showed its pedigree, even though still a foal. Give it 25 years from vintage, then we will see the true beast.

  We drink it tonight without decanter it
  Nose : Clean medium intense blackcurrant and cherry hint of tobacco leaf and liquorice
  Mouth : Acidity medium high body medium intense perfume of blackcurrants and eucalyptus nice to drink now but must age for 10 years
  Final : long and lasting really enjoyable
  Please decanter it 3 hours before to enjoy it
