An nose at this point. Raspberries, bright cherries, and fresh herbs. A bit of mushroom funk. This bottle has been open for about 2 hours and the tannins are beginning to linger, but up to this point they've been integrated and pleasant. Light bodied, but packs a good punch.

Nice golden pear color. On the nose, red apple, a bit of orange, and some mango that comes and goes. Not very floral. A bit milder on the palate, not the crispest. The mango note seems to smooth out a lot of the bite. Not much yeast until it opens up some. Overall good, not great.

Dark cherries and berries on the nose which play secondary to plenty of cedar and some graphite, as others noted. The barnyard/hay comes out initially, but fades as you continue through a glass. A touch of acid and very well integrated tannins at this point. They only serve as a pleasant, lingering reminder of your sip at this point. Long, tasty finish as should be expected. This is most likely at or close to its peak, as I can't imagine a more lovely version of this bottle.
