  Brilliant medium red color.Fragrant strawberry, floral, licorice aromatics. Vibrant character and near its peak. Stylistically, somewhere between Oregon and Burgundy for Pinot Noir. Mid-weight with medium length. Light tannins. Will easily hold and improve for 2 years.
  This is the first Tasmanian Pinot Noir that I can remember tasting. I’m impressed! Bought this at a wine store in Richmond, Tasmania while on a cruise to New Zealand and Australia. Packed in my suit case for my trip back to the U.S. it was worth the trouble!
  If I had tasted this blind I would have guessed it was a village Cote de Nuits.
