Gold color. Apricot, melons, and peaches in the nose with hints of floral, honey and butterscotch. Pears, apples and citrus in the flavor. Nice juicy acidity, complex, very well balanced, full bodied and a long finish.

Aroma: honeysuckle, melon, ripe stone fruit, butterscotch and mint. Palate: citrus fruits, full bodied, high acidity, medium-long finish with some saline notes. Disappointing for a Morlet. Seems like it’s past its prime. Used some to make a creamy roasted red pepper soup. 90-91

Past its prime. Don't care for butterscotch-y, 'warm spices' profile California chardonnays with seemingly high extraction.
