P&p; drinking well right away, but at its best with 90+ minutes of air in the bottle. Pungent, oxidative (in a good way), saline, stony, around a core of cool citrusy and peachy fruit, all held together by plenty of acidity. Delicious. No major change from three years ago; seems like drink or hold.

I was surprised to find this one in the cellar...forgot I even had it. P&P with kung pao chicken and fried rice. This one over-delivers for sure. Needs a bit of air and cool room temp. Slightly roasty, oxidative, kumquat on the nose. The flavor screams lime marmalade to me, complete with that little bitter catch on the back palate. Minerally yet rounded, this could likely go a few more years. Good stuff.

P&p at cellar temp. No noticeable change from when I last tried this two years ago. Great combination of explicit Juralike oxidization and richer, "California," peachy fruit and silkiness, all while staying fresh, juicy, citrusy and refreshing, knit together with good acidity. Some nice salinity develops toward the finish. Good stuff (although not for everyone) and a good value. Seems like drink or hold. No noticeable change on day 2 (stored refrigerated in a half-bottle).

This was my second bottle after a year in the cellar and I didn't get the oxidative Jura-like funk that I got in the first bottle. This was fresh and delicious. I wonder if this was an off bottle. J/k

Seriously funky with an oxidative taste profile. Not sure if this was by design or a flaw. Didn't care for it.
