Quite reductive at first. Give it a good Molly Dooker shake. Aromatic w. petroleum and grilled lemons and orange. Sweetness contained through acidity. Somewhat exotic flavour profile w. mango but also lollipops and soft drink. Serve chilled.
Drink.

9% abv. AP 03. NOSE: the Fritz Haag domaine is a pioneer of scent. As vengefully pointed as it is, it smells alkaline, like talc and potpurri on a duke’s wig. All of this perfume seems to be escaping from the depth of some dark, inaccessible cave, dragging compounded, signature mineral flavors along for the ride The effect–somehow–is comfort, and invitation. It provokes enough thought to keep you busy with no stimulation other than the sound of West Vernor infiltrating the open window. MOUTH: lime zest fermented in a brine of hyacinth. Curry-spiced slabs of igneous rock. This outrageous show is enabled by delicate transparency. Sugar, acid, and glycerin are measured. Beanstalk-giant biotic energy is in here. It will be a pleasure to watch it pupate. 90-91+

Tropical fruits, citrus soda, limestone. Sweet. Enjoyable, not long or complex. Begging for Thai food, do that if you can.

Fresh & pretty, drink or gulp now. It’s nice & has all the straight forward descriptors though a bit simple. Enjoyable with Thai. 2 of 2
