Pours deep gold. Grilled pineapple, beeswax, citronella, and turned earth on the nose. Palate brings in some Meyer lemon rind, razor sharp acidity, and fairly robust body. Great now, but no hurry.

Roasted cashews and hazelnuts, dried apricots, toast, freshly-sanded wood, ground cumin, goat cheese, light honey, and a touch of acetaldehyde-like (fino sherry) aroma. Waxy texture with M+ body. A pleasant slight phenolic grip. Has age and tertiary aromas, but high balanced acid keeps it lively. Tremendous complexity and personality. It is a unique wine, which I personally love. I was careful to avoid light strike damaging the wine in the clear bottle.

Classic Gravonia profile. Nutty/Creamy/Waxy per usual and always enjoyable!
