At dinner in TriBeCa, vinous and tart, powerful with a broad lemony sweep of the palate. To get the full flavor, I warmed it in my palms, with a lot of grapefruit showing. Reminds me a bit of of a good Riesling without any petrol. Great food wine.

White pepper, grilled artichoke, fennel, peas. M/M- body. High acid.

Enjoyed this plenty.
Nose of lemon rind, kiwi rind, gooseberries, wet stone and bracing salinity, not unlike some Etna Biancos I’ve tried.
Palate shows very bright, nearly effervescent acidity thats complemented by a waxy richer mouthfeel.
