  Pretty aromatics and perfumed notes on the nose immediately from open.
  Light and ethereal on the palate, with pretty red fruits and a hint of cherry.
  There’s a mineral undertone to this, giving an extra degree of complexity and intrigue. Moving towards secondary/tertiary flavour profile.
  Second bottle where clarity wasn’t 100% what I’d expect from the domaine, lacking the usual cyrstalline purity. This one didn’t last too long so I didn’t check if similar fade to the prior bottle. I’ll keep a close eye on the rest of the case.

  Finally mature, this is drop dead gorgeous! Rose potpourri, oriental spice, cherry, strawberry, orange. Silky texture, with fully dissolved tannins, fine acidity and sweet fruit. Long, complex, and elegant. Drink now - 2025.
