The wine is still drinking well but its definitely time to drink up. Its past the peak and will drop off reasonable fast I suspect. Its light to medium bodies with the pepper and meaty notes showing strongly. Still a perfect match with a spag bol or a spicy meat dish. It has lost the freshness of youth but still more than happy drinking this as a dinner wine.

Lovely light/medium bodied red, very easy to drink. Not really varietal at all, closer to a Pinot than typical (Hilltops) Shiraz. Don't think too hard about this one, just drink it now. Great match for bolognese.

Eden Road tasting and dinner (North Sydney Cellars): Muted green and black pepper and charcuterie plate with black berry and currant fruit. In the mouth there is medium plus acidity, black pepper and spice, fine tannin…it's a little short but other than that very nice.

Same as previous bottle. A go to spag bol wine. Very good but just on decline.
