Probably needed the 90 minute decant, as it surprised with a fruit forward pear, lemon slightly nutty that was not evident on the pleasing nose. The spectacular long finish made it quite memorable.

Lukter epler, sitrus, tropisk frukt, krydder, vanilje og fat.
Smaker gule epler, toast, mandler, sitronkrem, fat, vanilje og smør.
Bra konsentrasjon og fedme. Kompleks.
Skulle gitt 95 poeng, men alt for mye fatpreg. Minner mye om Californsk Chardonnay.

PNP. Je suis surprise par la jeunesse de ce vin, où les notes d’élevage s’est atténué (modérées plutôt qu’importantes) mais encore assez dominantes. Le vin s’est affiné mais demeure légèrement en retrait derrière l’élevage. Aucune note d’oxydation. Une valeur sûre.
