Completely spoiled. No nose. Cloudy color. Palate combines oxidation with spoiled tastes. 50 points? Something is wrong with this bottle. I emailed the winery.

If you like oaky buttery California chardonnay, you'll love this one. I found it a bit much, almost to the point of caricature. Out of balance, and lacking any food-friendly crispness or minerality.

Agreed this wine was better younger, but it is still nice. Drink now through 2010. Butter, vanilla and oak are prevelant. With all Helen Turley whites, character is great at room temp than cellar temp. Wine is a little "hot" at room temp but tropical fruit flavors come out. 91-92 in its prime, now 89. If you dont want them, I'll buy them.

Typical older Martinelli chardonnay... outstanding. Should last a few more years if cellared properly.
