Racy, with its acidity, this is just great. Concentrated with overripe pineapple. apricot, and assorted luscious tropical fruits, everything is coated in nuts, vanilla and honey. Concentrated and light on its feet, this is already delicious!

Five wine friends and two guests (Restaurant Olivijn (Michelin star) Haarlem, The Netherlands): A sweet start, not so pronounced, some friendly bitterness, some spices, nice aftertaste, but côte à côte with the Yquem '90 is too demanding for this wine.

Bordeaux 2015 in bottle (Zurich Arvi / Singapore UGCB): Medium gold. On the sweeter side especially after the racy Guiraud. Honey lemon, quince, honey. Complex finish
