  Spicy with oak, cherries, strawberries, lavender, cinnamon and abow all anise. Well integrated tannins.

  Totally closed at opening. Don't like it. After an hour or so it starts to open up. Firstly rose hip. Liqourice, oak. Underneath it all is some sweet berry. Strawberry? Air cleanser. Around 80 to start with. 88 when we drink the last glass. Tomorrow it might be higher, we will never now.
