  Decanted one hour. Still fairly muscular and burley until the 90 minute point at which it opened up more. Black fruits seemed to be pushing the red fruits (28% Syrah?) more although there was plenty of cherry mixed in with the blackberry. Peppery spices emerged with some minerality and smokiness on the finish. Still seem young. 91+
  
  6 hours later the last 3ish ounces in the decanter had opened up further to reveal a full-bodied unctuous wine that really showed the Syrah element!

  Floral bouquet, deep dark red in the glass. Dark fruit flavors. Medium finish. Tannins are round with nice acidity.

  PnP - big mistake! Initial alcohol/petrol aromas. This blew off after an hour to reveal more cranberry/strawberry leather and earthy aromas and flavors.
  Palate was firm and muscular with red currants, red berries, cedar and smoke. Still fairly tannic on the finish with angular red fruits. Next bottle I will decant > 1 hour to provide more air.

  Old library smell...leather, musty and dusty...tobacco and spices.
  Flavours of candied red berries. Full bodied and textured with a medium to long dry finish. Great with food. Drink over the next 2 years.

  En premier un nez expressif d'écurie avec son côté animal. Ce changeant rapidement en fruits noirs et de groseille, ainsi que d'arômes floraux avec ses écorces et enfin, de caramel écossais...très beau ! Un vin fruité et riche. Ample aux tannins fins et intégrés...umami. Rond et harmonieux aux saveurs d'épices, de réglisse et de cola. De persistance moyenne sur une pointe sèche. Prêt à boire.
