  A little better this time - likely due to letting it breath a bit more before drinking. Good color and body. Not much fruit but has nice mineral texture and flavor.

  Deliciously smoky Pauillac with lovely character. Black currants, wet wood, tobacco and pickled plums. A touch of vanilla, sweet blueberries and slightly sour cherries complete the palate. Medium-bodied and dry with velvety tannins. Long finish. Fantastic vintage that ages well.

  Opened 24 h before it was perfect with beef tenderloin, potatoes, broccoli, red pepper and mushrooms. I love it...
