  Bis auf die diesmal nicht vorhandene Reduktion passt die letzte Notiz.
  
  Der Wein hat sich wunderbar geöffnet und läuft und läuft und läuft. Einen Extrapunkt gibt es für die wunderbare Säurestruktur.

  In der Nase zunächst deutlich reduktiv, dabei sowohl etwas stallig als auch mit einer ordentlichen Feuerstein-Note. Als nächstes dominieren getrocknete Pilze und dann schließlich kommt die Frucht durch: sehr klare und sehr dunkle Kirsche , etwas Pflaume. Daneben gibt es Bleistift -Graphit, etwas Garrigue, deutlich weißen Pfeffer. Etwas Orangenabrieb und auch Orange und etwas Rum.
  
  Am Gaumen sehr fleischig , sowohl Fleischsaft als auch vollreife Tomaten kommen in den Sinn. Trotzdem wunderbar auf der Frucht. Volles, rundes, weiches Tannin, sehr viel dunkle Mineralik und doch ein schöner Zug.
  
  Mittlere Länge, das ist schon eher was für den Mittelgaumen. Dort aber richtig gut.
  
  Die letzte Flasche ist für 2024+.

  (In großer Runde probiert.)
  
  In der Nase gestochen scharfe dunkle Kirschen und Pflaumen, dazu Pfeffer, feine Holzwürze und Garrigue.
  Am Gaumen sehr weich, saftig, mit gutem Zug und auch hier schöner Würze. Recht klar gehalten, guter Begleiter zu vielen Speisen.

  Good, slightly underdelivers for the price, but not by much. Needs air; was better at 8 hours than it was with 2; early on, it seemed closed, lacking in intensity. Not too sweet, something I've disliked and avoided cndp in the past for. The grenache doesn't impose itself despite it being the majority, feels almost a little more like a Saint Joseph syrah, but has more meatiness. Fairly substantial oak element but it's tasteful, good oak, not overpoweringly perfumed. Length is a bit short, and seems a little hot - 14.5% - it's not hidden very well. The tentpole of the wine is the oak, with a slightly peppery meatiness, and long medium to mild tannins.
