60-70 year old vines, 1800 bottles. If I remember correctly 20 months in used 400 l-barrels. Wonderful nose, deep and complex with multiple layers. Cherries, leather, gravel road, dirt, dried herbs. Very mature and serious. Good acidity, not harsh but elegant with a perfectly balanced grip. First time I try the La Romualda and I'm very impressed.

Almost natural in style. Dark cherries, mushrooms, a little barnyard, tomato. Quite high acidity. Would match a ragu bolognese perfectly.
