  Lovely golden colour. Mineral and lemon citrus nose. Nice rounded mouthfeel. Good acidity and length. Honied notes. Lemon fruits. Much more integrated than when I tried this in 2020. Still a strong ripe note, but not as prominent. Really good length/persistence. Working really well as a richer aperitif. I'm sure this would be great with seafood - for the citrus, but almost the minerality which is almost saline to me. Really good stuff.

  Flint on nose. Mineral palate. Intense lemon and freshness. Very good length and moderate mouthfeel.
