  • One of my definitive go-to summer wines is Lock & Worth Semillon. Such fresh, citrusy and vibrant fruit character, mixed with green tea, mild herbs, white flower and just a hint of white peach. Enamel-peeling acidity. Touch of almond bitterness. Light-footed, but serious. Lightly chilled on a summer day, this is pure bliss.

  • Pale straw with a green tinge. Unfiltered with some sediments. Pure and fresh aromas of pineapple, green apple, lime, green tea and herbs. Distinct acidity and slightly oily on the tongue. Starts out a little tight with lemon and green apples - then broadens out with more tropical notes. Fresh and structured all the way. Long acidic finish with some minerals and herbs. Good stuff.
