The sappy cherry fruit is just fading a little although soft white pepper is still evident. I found this a little lightweight and lacking complexity. It probably needs drinking up and was at its best maybe a year or two ago. 85 pts

The Wine Society: Beaujolais wines; 5/10/2021-5/20/2021: Structured and firm right now ( a good thing in my mind) with black fruits and a rigid structure. Good potential - interesting to come back again in 2-3 years. Great value, with balance and much potential.

Drinking this wine cellar cool. Nose is a little muted by the cool temperature but the palate is much more expressive with fresh red cherry and plum and a hint of coal dust. Medium body and very enjoyable.

Med purple colour. Medium intensity nose with plums and cherry. Medium body, med(+) intensity, medium acidity, low tannin. Decent length and balanced. A lovely fresh red wine... quite delightful.
