Drinking great. Complexities on the palette beyond what I expected for what is really one of their middle-range releases. Slight brown on the rim but the Grenache really holds through the length.

Aussie GSM aka CdP, definite warm climate influence in the heat and sweetness, but very tasty nonetheless - Dark red, full bodied with a nose of extreme sour cherry, plum, spice, pepper, licorice and vanilla, very interesting, a touch off balance, but acceptable, good structure, sweet, sour yet smooth on the palate with very good length, very tasty! (90 Points).

Promising, subtler vegetal nose, but in-your-face taste. Jammy, syrupy, olive notes, overall a little over the top even when I tried it over two days. Some malo adds a little balance.

IWC has it when they describe it as simple, I thought it was juvenile, though at 87 they were higher than I could go. Though the word objectionable would be wrong, "disappointing" fits it well for my palate. There.are a great many grenache wines that bring more to the table than this. I paid $16, and I think it would be a buy at $7.99. Kind of sweet and grapy. Meh....

Was a slow starter, but after about an hour it opened up nicely. Not my favourite Australian, but not bad.
