  • Burg lunch at SSG. Ringer. Drank in Gabriel Standart. Tasted blind.
Appearance is clear, pale intensity, lemon colour. Thin legs.
Nose is clean, medium+ intensity, with aromas of smoky stonyy minerality, ripe citrus yellow lemon. Youthful.
On the palate, dry, high acidity, medium- alcohol (12%), medium+ body. Medium+ flavour intensity, with flavours of honeyed yellow lemon oil, white peach, smoky stones minerality. Long finish that is saliva inducing yet slightly oily.
Very good quality. Still young and may need to few more years to fully open up.
