  Nice wine with a moderate color intensity, light ruby with hints of garnet. The nose is complex with aromas of macerated fruit, cherries, and morello cherries, along with a note of blood orange, balsamic mint and anise, and a subtle hint of underbrush and leather. On the palate, it is dry, tannic, and fairly persistent with a nice savoriness. Better on the nose.
  
  Bel vino dalla massa colorante non eccessiva, rubino tenue con accenni granati. Naso complesso di frutta sotto spirito, ciliegie ed amarene ed un ricordo di arancia sanguinella, balsamico di menta ed anice, leggero richiamo al sottobosco e al cuoio. In bocca è secco, tannico e abbastanza persistente bella la sapidità. Meglio al naso
