Rare Wine Dinners Cellar Dinner #1 (Vamp Bistro, Five Ways, Paddington): Aromas of slightly smoky notes, slight red berry, spicy notes, cedar. In the mouth the wine is spicy, fine tannins that has a slightly drying quality in the mid palate. Some cherry notes here as well medium length. nice

Soft red fruits, some undergrowth, a hint of smoke, refreshing cherry-like acidity, sweet, almost completely resolved tannins, a hint of black coffee... best on the second day... elegant, tasty, ready.

Ruby colored, medium body, with notes of blue and red fruit and barnyard, and soft tannins.
