Tasty. Sweet as Leitz's Dragonstone, not super aromatic, minerally. Paired well with sea bass with basil oil, sauteed peppers and onions. Not the most exciting/ interesting wine, but would be happy to drink again.

Generally, I no longer use numerical ratings, but I wanted to convey my very good impression of this wine. Incredibly well balanced. Sweet? Yes, and with all the other components to make this a wine worthy of drinking, aging, and repeating. I've tasted several sweet Vouvrays, and this definitely tops the list. How can sweetish wine be thirst quenching??

Mango and Quince. The Tendre is supposed to be just off-dry and that's what it was. Full mouth-feel that lingers. Saline edge with a floral round full taste. Delicious.

Complex quince , mango, stone fruit, citrus and must; sweeter, and with less acidity than expected; great match with the duck with orange zest

Sweet, very much like a good Riesling. Nice and refreshing on a hot day.
