Macerated red cherry starts out ripe, fleshy and dense, but gets softer with more air. Best once open 30 minutes (90 points), then slowly began losing weight. But still good at the 2-hour mark when finished.

Liked the Bindi 03 Original Vineyard from a few days ago, so I thought I would open this wine. Similar aromatic and fruit profile to the Original Vineyard but slightly deeper, more intense and longer. Good spice as well on nose that continues through. Give this at least 2-4 more years.

Bindi Tasting 2004 (Brisbane): Much darker than the Original '03. A little hot and acidic. Nice long clean finish, but prefer the '03 Original.
