Beautiful orange caramel color with clear rim. 375g of harvest sugar and 155g of residual sugar. Due to low acidity, the sugar took the throne over the years. Nose of caramel, honey honey honey. Candy apple at the Texas state fair! Full coating and thick on the palate. Fully turned into a Sauternes over the last 23 yrs. Still delicious even though it wasn’t your classic Gewtz. Enjoyed with spicy Thai food.

Dinner with Mattias (Jock): Orange in color. Orange blossom nose with some notes of botrytis. Tastes of apple, melon, pineapple, lemon, and lime. Rich finish with nice depth and complexity. Very well balanced. 13.5% alcohol. Brought by Scott.
