Golden, just a tiny bit cloudy?; aromatic, peach, pear, stone fruit; palate is full bodied, vibrant intense acid throughout, lime, stone fruits, medium alcohol; finish is medium length. Refreshing Chablis with classic acidity and minerality on the palate but with a richness to the nose which makes this competitive with a Puligny or Chassagne. This would probably age a bit longer but drinking well now. 92-93

This was an absolute pleasure. Not my first deMoor wine, but the best. Tremendous tension. So much lemon, saline, and mineral. This reminded me of the first time I had a Raveneau - it is just a archetype of Chablis. My only bottle, and it will be missed. If the 2019 is even better it should be a total knockout.

PNP into Damijan Zalto glass (“Flower” day): Medium golden to the eyes.
Oxidative style like a top Jura style Chardonnay here. Very nicely integrated florals and reductive notes of eggwhites in a nice way.
Minerality driven and very integrated very long finish.
94-95 points.

Absolutely lovely. Green apple, sea breeze, great minerality. Extended finish. Beautiful balance and a great Chablis overall.
