Excellent stuff, this time the fluffiness has receded a little bit but the texture is still nicely creamy. Crustacean type minerality, pear, yellow apple, lime, peach. Really yummy, so easy to drink.

Saturday hangout (socially distanced) (Chicago, IL): This is rich and fruity, but the vintage's fingerprints are definitely on this wine. At the same time, the minerally cut and saline bring you back to Chablis. It's definitely a rounder, broader example of de Moor, but clearly chablisien at the same time.

This wine has limestone, minerality, lemon, lime, a little chalk, and a full mouthfeel. The finish has a little lemon curd to it. So easy to drink. Good QPR.

Typical de Moor Chablis, chalky minerality and quite the creamy style although of course in a Chablis, light, context. Good acidity but clearly down from 2014, rendering this more accessible but perhaps not with as much promise. I remain a fan of the producer and not least this label.

This wine continues to get better over the course of a year. One of the best values in chablis in my opinion. So light on its feet with subtle complexities coming through as the bottle opens up. Excellent
