Medium yellow in the glass, pronounced, developing aromas of quince, green and yellow apple, pear, orchard blossom, lemon zest, lemon oil, vanilla, cream, yougurt, brioche, toast, and wet stones/saline, some cheesiness on the finish. In the mouth, the wine is dry, high acid, med bodied, med alcohol, pronounced flavor intensity with a long finish. Overall, very good-> outstanding with a few more years. Drink now or hold.

Tasted after 30 minutes of air. Still tight. This needs time to open. Tangy apple and pear fruit. Some mineral. Saline. Some richness here. Excellent balance.

Pale to mid straw. Initially very grippy with lots of dry extract evident. Chewy and moth filling against good line and crisp zip. Lithe but pithy. Opens nicely to show some florality. Still a baby, this would benefit from a few years to round out through the middle and add some complexity to the mineral notes. ****

Agree with the general consensus here - a mineral driven, lithe, and tactful version of the Richards Cuvée. Now that I got the 1st of three finished, I’ll let my remaining bottles sleep for a spell, perhaps 5 to 7 year before the next one.

More chiseled than 2018. Lemon, lemon curd, fresh grapefruit, salty salinity
